We start with a conversation — over Zoom, or in person at a cafe anywhere in the GTA. Tell us what you're envisioning: the occasion, the budget, the feeling you want the piece to carry.
We translate that conversation into renders and sketches, sent to you by email. We refine the metal, the stone, the setting — together — until it's exactly right.
Once the design is approved, your piece goes to our jewelry maker for production. Every piece is made to order — nothing is pulled from a shelf.
Your finished piece is inspected, prepared, and delivered to you — ready for the moment it was made for.
Because there's no inventory and no showroom sample, trust matters more than ever. That's why every design decision — the render, the sketch, the stone selection — is shared with you by email before production begins.
There's no client portal yet — just a direct line to the person designing your piece. If a self-serve tracking experience is something you'd want, it's on our roadmap for a future phase.
Complexity affects timeline. A simple band may move faster; a fully custom setting with multiple stones will take longer. We'll always tell you honestly where your piece stands.
